If I am doing a family portrait for you, I want to know things like the colors you love, the colors you dislike as well as the personalities of everyone in your family including your pets. The process is fun and it helps me capture the quality and spirit of your family. I want to paint a portrait that makes you and the ones you care about, smile every time you see it. We can do this over the phone or in person. I guarantee you will enjoy the process.
If I am doing a commission of imagery other than a family portrait, I have a much simpler process I use to help me tell the story you want to tell. Like the family portraits, I want to put my interpretation of your story on the canvas or board. Sometimes I hit it, and sometimes I don't, but I always guarantee you are happy with the end result or you pay nothing. I want you 100% satisfied and 101% thrilled.

1. I do not promise a timeframe for the completion of my work. It could take a week - it could take a year. If you have a specific timeline to be met, we will figure out if it can be done. If it can, I will make it happen. 2. I require half down as a deposit with the balance due upon completion of the work. Sales tax and shipping (if applicable) will be added to the second bill. 3. I will not alter work or redo it. All I want is for you to be happy and I promise to never show you a piece of art until I feel I am complete with the process and it is complete in my head and my heart. All I want is for you to be happy and if what I create does not do that, then I will not force it. If for any reason you are not totally thrilled with the finished piece of art, you are under no obligation to keep it, and your deposit will be refunded in full.
